These Classes are designed to introduce the sport of wrestling in a fun and safe way. Advance training wil strengthen you son's body, discipline his mind and prepare him for youth wrestling competitions.
In addition, our Athletic Performance Program is designed to complement our wrestling sessions. It institutes cutting edge sport specific movement patterns, resistive and body weight exercises that develop appropriate energy system use, and promote muscular adaptations that lead to increased athletic performance.
